The first project
in conjunction with HD was a much bigger success than
anticipated. Between 1994 and 1996 2130 bikes were built in
the new plant in East Troy, WI

The first "Hooligan" bike was also a big success and belongs
to the most researched Buells nowadays, especially in
original condition. Approx 6800 were built between 1996 and
1998.

M2/M2L
The M2, often referred to as the
most capable and versatile Buell from the Tube frame age is
a “low cost” version of the S1 that could handle two-up
riding. Almost 10,000 M2s were built between 1997 and 2002.

S3/S3T
The S3 was the successor of the S2
and the tourer in the Buell lineup from 1997 to 2002. 4400
units were sold in this time. 1st choice for adventurers at
that time...

X1/X1W
The X1 was the successor of the S1
being the top of the line for the sport-bike rider. With
almost 12000 bikes produced between 1999 and 2002 the X1 was
the most common “Tuber”.
